🚛 Standard Orders (By Road)
Processing takes 3–6 days. Once dispatched, delivery depends on the courier partner and typically takes 3-6 days.
⏳ Total estimated time: around 10-15 days

✈️ Express Orders (By Air)
Dispatched within 1–2 days. Delivery is handled by our shipping partners and usually takes 1–4 days.
⚡ Total estimated time: around 2–6 days

After the tracking details are shared, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of their parcel. If the customer notices any issue during transit, they must inform the seller promptly. If the parcel is returned to origin (RTO) after three unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the customer’s negligence or failure to monitor the shipment, the customer will be responsible for both the RTO charges and the reshipping charges. No refund will be issued in such cases. Furthermore, if the parcel is lost during transit or while being returned (to-and-fro) due to the customer’s negligence or failure to respond to delivery attempts, the seller will not be liable, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
